Key day-to-day responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand design needs and requirements.
• Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts for a variety of mediums.
• Ensure all design work follows established brand guidelines.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Revise design work based on feedback from stakeholders.
• Communicate with stakeholders and other team members to ensure projects are on track.
• Stay up to date with design trends, software updates, and new technology.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
• Maintain organized files and assets for each project.
• Work with external vendors and suppliers as needed.

Who you work with
You will report to Anthony Quinn, CEO.


Desirable

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design.
• A BA (Hons) degree in Graphic Design or equivalent (not essential, but preferred).
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Strong portfolio of previous design work.
• Motivated, organized, able to work independently, and take ideas from initial concept to final output.
• Follow established brand guidelines and help evolve them.
• Liaise with suppliers, including print management.
• Knowledge of photography, illustration, animation, web development, and/or video and editing (preferred).

Hours
37.5 hours per week. The working hours are normally Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm, with an hour for lunch.


Salary
Attractive salary, plus benefits.
