Eurovent Purifying Systems UK Limited is a small/medium business. We specialise in the Design, Installation and Maintenance of HVAC systems.


The role includes:

• Assess Plans
• Schedule Works
• QA Fire Damper Reports
• Provide Remediation Quotes
• Support Fire Damper Engineers

- liaise With Clients

• An understanding of compartmentalisation strategy would be beneficial.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all contracts are compliant with company policies and procedures.
• Agree work schedules with upper management and monitor progress daily.
• Maintain accurate records of all contracts.
• Communicate work schedules and any subsequent changes to all affected parties.
• Ensure timely request and delivery of all information that is on the work schedules critical path.
• Identify variations to the contract that will impact on the work schedule and ensure the schedule is revised to accommodate them.
• Monitor contract deadlines and ensure timely completion of all contractual obligations.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure that all contractual requirements are met.
• Provide guidance and support to other departments on contractrelated matters.
• Ensure monthly sales targets are achieved and business sales opportunities maximised on completion of each job.
• Ensure that an adequate workforce is available to enable completion of contracts schedule of work, whilst minimising payroll costs.
• Ensure all personnel recruitment and induction procedures are completed to ensure compliance with relevant legislation i.e. Health & Safety at work
• Review DLF performance on completion of works, giving feedback where appropriate.

Have a good working knowledge of the following documentation:

• BS 9999: Code of practice for fire safety in the design, management and use of buildings
• TR19 Good Practice Guide to
• Internal Cleanliness of Ventilation Systems

• DW17

• Specification for Kitchen Ventilation Systems

Experience:

• Contract management / Facilities Management
• Fire damper testing

Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year


Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
