_Macildowie Recruitment and Retention_ have partnered with a market-leader within the pharmaceutical sector. Our client are now looking to add some firepower to their growing team in Burton.This role will suit:

Headlines:
- Rapidly growing company.
- 75k80k salary + car.
- 3 days office, 2 days home.
- Flexible working around core hours of 8:30am 4:30pm.
The Role:
- Responsible for all sourcing activity.
- Overseeing direct and indirect spend.
- Working closely alongside the production team.
- Lead on strategic procurement for the business.
- Onboarding new suppliers, and developing lasting relationships with current suppliers.
- Continuously looking for new ways to source key commodities.
- Compile, understand and interpret data which pertains to departmental performance.
- Monitor market trends and competitor strategies.
Technical Competencies:
- Has 4/5+ years experience managing a procurement function.
- Experience of working within Pharma, preferable not essential.
- MCIPS, desirable.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willing, cando attitude.
