Optimise By Recruitment are working alongside an educational charity whose core aims are to help learners reach their potential and organisations thrive.

The group includes business units specialising in regulated UK and international qualifications, End Point Assessment, assured short courses, SMART job cards, assessment services, consultancy, and research.


What will you be doing?
As a Sales Administrator, your duties and responsibilities will be:

  • Identifying new opportunities for the Group through research and networking.
  • Record and maintain a pipeline of medium/lowvalue sales opportunities.
  • Support the Business Development team to achieve the income target.
  • Triage all inbound leads referring to Business Development Managers where required.
  • Support the administration related to the processing of EPA contracts and international agreements.
  • Support the business development team with activity related to sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Record and maintain the pipeline and forecast for weekly reporting.
  • Act as a point of contact for customer queries and share relevant information with appropriate members of the Group.

About you...

  • Level 2 in English and Maths.
  • Customer Service experience.
  • Experience working with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Sales or associated qualification (Desirable).
