We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a Junior Marketing Assistant, you will support the marketing department in various tasks and projects.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products/services to provide accurate information and assistance to customers.

Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries.
Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
A positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
