Customer Care Coordinator - House Builder
PSR Solutions are currently recruiting for a Customer Care Coordinator for a residential developer in Hertfordshire.


The main purpose of the role is to provide customers with a 5-star customer service process and deal efficiently and effectively with any issues they have.

Main duties of a Customer Care Coordinator:

  • Be the first point of contact with customers
  • Answer calls/queries accurately and consistently
  • Ensure customer details and communication with customers are accurately recorded on CRM system
  • Liaise with Maintenance operatives, subcontractors, etc

Knowledge and skills for a Customer Care Coordinator:

  • Self-motivated
  • Confident with the ability to communicate
  • Organised and ability to prioritise
  • IT skills
  • Previous customer service experience
