CUSTOMER SERVICE ACCOUNT MANAGER - BIG CITY PRINT LIMITED
Summary
The role will include developing a good working relationship with our key accounts and supporting the sales team with customer enquiries and orders.
Key Duties
- Build relationships with key accounts by delivering a reliable administrative support and customer service.
- Create and maintain records, updating details when contacts change and ensuring accuracy of information.
- Liaising with other departments within the business such as the factory and the purchasing department to ensure jobs will be completed within the targeted date.
Qualifications and Skills
Ideally have some knowledge of print industry however it is not essential.
Sage experience would be beneficial but not required.

Salary:
£21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
