Marketing Business Partner - Financial Services. to c £75,000 + generous benefits inc bonus


This leading global financial services organisation has an excellent market reputation and is continuing to expand it's client base and product offering.

They are now looking to recruit a Marketing Business Partner to support their growing ambition for theirprimary business units, with the strategic objective of deepening client relationships and achieving business production goals and return on investment.


Duties:

Assist and develop marketing strategy, plans and activities that meet business units growth strategies.

Support high-impact and effective marketing materials targeted to clients and respective business stakeholders.


Interpret business needs, provide consultation to business, and influence decisions to select the most effective communication tactic to meet business and marketing objectives.


Implement marketing campaign, collaborate with business units Assistants / Coordinator/ Underwriters to maximise (internal and external) resources to deliver high quality, innovative products on-time and within budget.

Oversee distribution activities, campaign management and analytics for effectiveness in getting out message.

Effectively work within project management processes and systems to ensure efficient cross-functional collaboration.

Work closely with the wider UK Marketing Communication team to deliver end-to-end marketing program and ensure integrated MarCom support being performed


Collaborate with broader Global Communications team whenever appropriate to share insights, leverage best practices and drive efficiencies that will improve quality, consistency and effectiveness of marketing outcome.

Ensure that all marketing programs, promotions and activities are tracked and measured to determine their ROI and success.
