Little Hayes Nursery


We are looking to recruit a friendly, flexible and creative Caretaker who enjoys working with children and adults, takes pride in their work and enjoys repairs and maintenance.

The post is 15 hours per week term time only

The hours of this post are either

Monday - Friday 7am - 10am OR

Monday - Friday 3.30pm-6.30pm

We are looking for a caretaker who has:

  • General maintenance skills including painting and decorating
  • Good IT skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and to be able to communicate with children, staff, visitors and contractors
  • Experience of Health and safety systems and procedures including fire safety or the willingness to learn
  • Willingness to undertake appropriate training including health and safety
  • Able to prioritise the workload
  • A love for the outdoors
  • Enjoys having fun and thinking anything is possible
