To be able to support the manager in the daily running of the nursery


Your duties as a Deputy Manager;
To support the nursery manager to ensure the effective daily management of the nursery having a sound knowledge of the company policies and procedures
To ensure that regulations and legislations are always maintained
To identify development areas or training requirements throughout the staff team
To support effective communication with staff and families
