ABOUT THE ROLE:Dynamics 365 CRM system is a key strategic platform in our business. We are seeking a Developer to join the team to develop enhancements and new solutions on the system. The team utilises a Scrum Agile delivery process working in sprints that make up regulardeployments of new functionality, every 2 weeks. Working within the Bytes Development team, you will build on the existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment, working to rapidly expand its use across the business.


It is essential that you have Demonstratable Dynamics 365 Customer Service (Case Management) and Customer Portal development experience, as we have multiple priority projects which will utilise these apps / modules.

You will work with Business Analysts andstakeholders to Develop solutions that drive business productivity and success. You must have expertise in deploying, configuring, administering, and managing Microsoft Dynamics. You also need a good understanding of Power Platform solutions and Dataverse.

  • Key Responsibilities:_
  • Work individually and alongside analysts and stakeholders to design and deliver D365 and Power Apps solutions
  • Provide technical services for data quality monitoring and improvement including cleansing, deduplication and data enrichment
  • Analyse and understand business requirements and operational processes to ensure solutions meet the defined objectives
  • Integrate existing systems and services into the D365 architecture
  • Provide 3rd line technical support expertise for the CRM and Power Apps platform

ABOUT YOU:

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree or similar level qualification in Software engineering or Computer Science
  • 3 Years commericial experience using Dynamics CRM and Power Apps
  • Extensive Dynamics Customer Service Module and Customer Portal Experience

Core Competencies & Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisation skills and ability to prioritise, plan and multitask work assignments
  • Experience of working in Agile project delivery
  • Extensive Dynamics 365 Customer Portal development experience
  • Strong foundational knowledge of Office 365 platform including Exchange, Intune, Azure AD, and Azure ecosystem
  • Proficient with developing, deploying, customising and integrating Microsoft Dynamics 36
  • Proficient in understanding and implementing business workflows and processes
  • Good experience in using CRM SDK
  • Clear understanding of PowerApps formulas and development methods
  • Experience of software development using Microsoft.
NET, C# and JavaScript

  • Well versed in different testing methodologies, tools and techniques
  • Motivated, able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Task ownership and ability to work within deadlines / timelines
  • Confident to work individually on projects as well as part of a team to support roadmap and governance processes
  • Experience in development and support of custom Dynamics CRM solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
  • Experience in customisation of D365 module components such as Portal, Marketing, PSA, Resource Manager, D365 Sales, and Standard D365 Power apps
  • Competent in D365 Case Management product areas Business Process Flows, power automate, custom plugins and workflow activities
