As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.

You will play a critical role in driving our online presence, brand awareness, and customer acquisition through effective ad campaigns, content analysis, and A/B testing.

This is a remote position that requires a self-motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for digital marketing and a track record of success.


Key Responsibilities:

Facebook and Instagram Advertising:


  • Create and manage compelling ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Optimize ad budgets to maximize ROI and achieve key performance metrics.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest platform changes and industry trends to ensure effective ad placements.

Content Analysis:


  • Conduct thorough analysis of content performance across various digital channels.
  • Use datadriven insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the content team to refine and improve content strategies based on analysis.

A/B Testing:


  • Develop and execute A/B tests to optimize ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
  • Continuously analyze test results and make datadriven recommendations to improve campaign performance.
  • Implement new ideas and strategies based on A/B test findings.

Reporting and Analytics:


  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights to the management team.
  • Monitor key metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other marketing analytics platforms.

Strategy and Planning:


  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy.
  • Identify target audiences, segments, and personas for effective ad targeting.
  • Stay informed about competitors and market trends to make informed strategic decisions.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in managing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns with a successful track record.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Google Analytics, and A/B testing platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Selfmotivated, detailoriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Uptodate knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
