What you'll be doing:


To lead, motivate and empower a team of Customer Service and Support Engineers to deliver both value for our customers and excellent service at all times across a wide array of brands that sit within the main IaaS Service Desk team.


Team members can be based across any of our UK sites with a primary focus on in office meetings in Maidenhead and Glasgow.


As a Service Delivery Team leader you'll lead by example, demonstrating and promoting positive behaviours within your team, and will drive individual and team improvements through effective mentoring and leadership.

This will also include supporting your team to develop within their roles and encouraging progression where possible.
