Description

Complex Case Management provides bespoke rehabilitation, personal care and case management services to clients throughout the North West who have sustained serious injuries including acquired brain injury, spinal injuries and orthopaedic injuries including amputation.

Introduction:

Our client is a male whom has suffered a stroke and now has left sided weakness in his upper and lower limbs.

The client has difficulty in managing his daily routine and requires support to complete daily activities such as cleaning house, shopping, accessing the community for activities.

our client would like support to start shifts at 08:30 and finish at 14:30.

our client would like suport with the following:

Preparation of meals

- assistance with medication
- support with personal care routine, Washing & Dressing

Cleaning around the home

- plan and facilitate activities

Support attendance to appointments

Our Client loves nature, football, history.

Jack would like to be supported to plan activities which interest him such as walks in the country side, visits to museums, the cinema.

Our client has listed that they would prefer their Rehabilitaion Assistant to be Male due to his personal care needs.

Rehabilitation Support Assitant must hold a Clean Valid UK driving License with access to their own vehicle.

Pay Rates:

Weekdays £15.00 per hour
Saturdays £16.00 per hour
Overtime available

Support is not currently required on Sundays or Bank holidays.
