Our client is expanding their Building Surveying Team within their vibrant London office to build on its ongoing success, working in an award winning multi-disciplinary consultancy, with a secure pipeline of work.

We are seeking a passionate and focused AssociateLevel Building Surveyor who is looking to progress their career, working in a close-knit team.

Sectors include public buildings and estates, residential and housing, education, healthcare, commercial and insurance work. You will also be expected to be heavilyinvolved in key client development, financial forecasting, team management and growth.

Responsibilities:

Hands on delivery of building surveying services with bias to project work
Leading projects often coordinating our in house multi discipline design services
Client management and development
Supervising, managing and mentoring junior members of the team
Technical reviews to manage the quality of our services

Qualifications:

MRICS
Consultancy experience, preferably with public sector project experience
Be commercially minded with an enthusiasm for winning work and business development
Be able to manage your own workload
Capable of managing individual team members, organising their work where necessary and providing guidance on projects.
Good communication and client facing skills
A positive 'cando' attitude
Excellent allround technical building surveying knowledge
An analytical mind with a high level of intellect combining excellent written and oral skills to produce considered and robust reports and recommendations.
