Description
Duties:
- Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to designated locations
- Load and unload products from the vehicle using appropriate equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or manual lifting
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries
- Ensure all deliveries are accurately documented and signed off by the recipient
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving
Experience:
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or courier is preferred
- Familiarity with route driving and navigating different areas
- Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles is a plus
- Experience with tractortrailers or larger commercial vehicles is an asset
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures is beneficial
Note:
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required for this position.
Salary:
£90.00-£100.00 per day
