Working Monday - Friday 09:00am - 17:00pm this is an excellent opportunity to progress your career and start a fantastic new venture.

THE ROLE:


  • Provide a high level of customer service and support
  • High level of Telephone support both external and internal
  • Process work on the existing company CRM system and learn and onboard any additional systems as required
  • Ensure all work from the field has the appropriate paperwork, is processed and saved to enable successful closure of the work and invoicing
  • Ensure the customer receives copies of paperwork they require to ensure their site is compliant

SKILLS:


  • Monitor and upload documentation to customer portals as required
  • Excellent skills with Microsoft Word Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
  • Ability to manage time effectively
  • Efficient and highly organised
  • Good team player and highly customer focussed.
