Description

We are looking for an experienced Electrician to join the Property Services team within one of the leading housing associations across the country.

The workload for this vacancy is covering Devon and will be a part of the Smoke Detection Installation projectwithin tenanted properties.

After an initial 6-12 months of this, you will transition into the new EICR team and carry out testing and inspection and the relevant remedials.

This is a permanent position offering between £33,000 and £35,000 depending on experienceand qualifications, a van and fuel card supplied, along with a full in-depth induction process and endless company benefits such as £500.00 welcome bonus.

Devon
£33,000 - £35,000
Monday Friday, 08:00 17:00, overtime available on remedial works
The successful Electrician will be expected to carry out:

Installation of new smoke detectors within properties
Carrying out EICRs
Remedial repairs
Social Housing
