We are looking for a flexible and enthusiastic individual to join our busy and expanding team on a temporary basis.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring good arrive to our client's office in time and in line with various scheduling requirements.

You will be required to manage and sort stock in a storage facility and ensure the correct orders are delivered to the right client.

This is a stand-alone role and will require a high degree of independence. You will need to use your initiative to deal with unexpected issues that may arise.

Driving

Maintain safe and effective multi drop deliveries
To drive in a safe and lawful manner
Maintain a clean and safe vehicle, ensuring the vehicle is safe and roadworthy.

Warehouse and Office Restocking

To ensure stock arriving at warehouse is accepted, signed for, and entered stock control system in a timely manner.
To report breakages and or missing items as soon as possible from any delivery.
To put away stock in a timely and safe manner ensuring office spaces are left clean and tidy.

Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to do a lot of lifting, bending, and stretching.

PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Full valid UK manual driving licence with no more than 3 points
Excellent driving skills
Good appreciation of health & safety
Experience of delivery driving is essential.
Dedication and flexibility as company needs can fluctuate.
Reliable with good time management skills
Able to work efficiently on your own and as part of the logistics team.
Experience caring for and driving chilled vehicles is a bonus but not essential

Manchester
York

You will be required to do deliveries in Manchester and York.

Job Types:
Part-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract

Contract length: 3 months

Part-time hours: 25 per week

Salary:
£12.00-£13.00 per hour
