We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join our busy Team as a Digital Trainer.

In this role you will be responsible for creating and delivering training courses to ensure all staff are efficient and effective in using the systems required for their job roles.

This is a very exciting time for our team as we support the Trust on the Digital Journey


You should have a proven track record in training development and delivery to staff of all levels and have the ability to develop good quality training materials.


Although this role is Kettering based, we are proud to offer flexibility in how and where we work - having a blend between home working and on site working is promoted.
