Customer Service Advisor

Basic Salary:
£22,672 + £1200 attendance Bonus

Warrington WA4

Office Hours

We are looking for customer service advisors to join an expanding team in Warrington.

We are looking for someone who is confident and has a natural ability to build a strong rapport with customers.

You will be joining a social and lively team who are all looking to progress and develop their customer service skills.

What will you be doing?

  • First point of contact for customers to looking to discuss their account
  • Handling complaints
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to each customer
  • Setting up payment plans

Pay:
£22,672.00-£23,872.00 per year
