Senior Administrator - Full Time

The job holder will be required to carry out the following responsibilities, activities and duties:


  • This is a
    Full Time Senior Administrative role
    based 5 days in the Head Office in Wolverhampton
  • Monday to Friday
  • The jobholder will report in to the
    Operations Manager
:


  • The job holder will be
    directly responsible for a small team of administrators
  • The jobholder will act as an interface between the Operations Manager and administrators on a wide range of daytoday issues.
  • The job holder will further liaise with the Managing Director, other Senior managers and the HR and Accounting Officer on a wide range of ad hoc issues
  • The jobholder will support the Operations Manager in ensuring efficient and effective backoffice administrative support is given to all engineers and customers
  • The Senior Administrator will support the Operations Manager to address any direct issues engineers may have with office support
  • The jobholder will support the Operations Manager and other senior managers in ensuring Legionella and Water Hygiene Compliance is met
  • The post holder must adhere to all policies in respect of the sensitive/confidential nature of the information handled whilst working in this position
  • The post holder will support the Operations Manager to develop and implement business administration systems and spreadsheets to support smoother engineer visits
  • The post holder will work with the Water Hygiene Supervisor to plan, schedule and book the work for a team of engineers, diary management and be the point of contact and support.
  • The postholder will prepare and collate engineer reports and ensure these are sent to the clients in a timely manner
  • The potholder will ensure the administrative team (that they are responsible for) also prepare and collate their engineer reports and that these are sent to the clients in a timely manner
  • Th post holder will support relevant Managers and the Director of a range of other adhoc responsibilities
  • The post holder will manage the administrative tasks a small fleet of company vehicles to include and book these vehicles in for services as directed by the Operations Manager

Qualities

  • Must have proven experience of managing a team
  • Strong administrative experience in a small busy office
  • Must have the confidence to make effective decision
  • Must deliver to deadline
  • Must be a Multitasker
  • Must have Excellent IT Skills; Microsoft: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Must have Good spoken and written English

Salary:

£24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Wolverhampton: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
