SEL ICB is looking for a suitably experienced and qualified individual to lead the ICB and ICS's digital inclusion programme.

The post holder will provide leadership, coordination and support for the Digital Inclusion approach across south east London.

They will work across south east London to maximise the effectiveness of current resources and initiatives, leverage funding opportunities and lead the delivery of a joined up digital inclusion roadmap for the area.

Please note that Staff at risk in the ICB will be given priority for this role.


The post holder will champion and promote digital inclusion providing expertise on digital innovation and advances in digital technology to support digital inclusion and digital capability.


This role is essential to meet the deliverables outlined in the Digital Inclusion section of the ICB's Digital Strategy and expectations within the Joint Forward Plan.


They will also contribute to the development and implementation of the organisation's equality, diversity & inclusion (EDI) and related strategies working with stakeholders to develop a range of plans to deliver improvements in the experience of people, communities and staff as assessed through the Gender Pay Gap (GPG), Workforce Race Equality Standard (WRES), Workforce Disability Equality Standard (WDES), Equality Delivery System (EDS), national staff survey, patient surveys and other workforce metrics such as recruitment, retention and turnover across the organisation.

South East London ICB is the NHS management unit of the ICS. It is accountable both to NHS England and to the South East London Integrated Care Partnership (ICP).

The ICS exists to deliver four core purposes:
Improve outcomes in South East London population health and health and care services

Tackle inequalities in outcomes, experience and access suffered by the residents of South East London

Enhance productivity and value for money in the in the use of health and care resources in South East London

Help the NHS support broader social and economic development in South East London
