Job Title:
Global Process Owner - Sales/Ops

Role Overview:


Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on

  • Codeveloping the global business processes across Steam, enabling business strategy
  • Providing framework and governance to manage the changes to business processes
  • Providing oversight of the implementation and adoption of the operating model
  • Ensuring the end to end process alignment meets the needs of the business and it's key strategic priorities
  • Embedding group policies and G3 controls as part of the end to end process design
  • Providing direction, governance and coordination with the Business Process Owners, Business Analysts and Communities of Practice across all divisions
  • Acting as an effective "Change Agent" within our global business transformation teams

Your previous experience is likely to include.

  • End to end sales process experience and working knowledge/experience of CE (CRM) and FSM
  • Leadership and people management
  • Implementing sustainable, transformational business process improvements
  • Demonstratable understanding of businesses, processes, systems and strategies

To be successful in this role you will

  • Work globally to achieve global standardisation of processes across the Steam businesses
  • Be an analytical thinker with excellent problem solving skills who is able to assimilate information
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and people management skills
  • Be able to successfully implement change across a global, matrix organisation


The Steam Specialties business is one of three businesses within the Spirax-Sarco Engineering Group, Spirax Sarco and Gestra, are our two brands that form Steam Specialties and are global leaders in the supply of engineered solutions for the design, provision and maintenance of efficient industrial and commercial steam systems.
