Are you looking for an interesting, challenging, and pivotal role that provides high quality performance management and data analysis to senior leaders, to help them provide services that keep children and their families resilient, successful, and safe?
You will be part of a strong, innovative, and dynamic Performance Team providing high quality business intelligence, transforming the way that performance and data is delivered.
You will lead on performance reporting developments, agreeing targets and measures, the production of data and analysis, and the presentation of data in an easy-to-understand format.
You will manage and deliver statutory returns to government bodies, interpreting guidance and working with services to deliver outputs within set deadlines, using your initiative to come up with innovative solutions to problems.
You will work with managers, leaders, partners, and front-line staff to build good strong working relationships and promote a performance driven culture.
You will work with services to identify areas of improvement, leading on new performance initiatives, and developing sustainable performance management processes.
You will support strategic projects and quality assurance activity, ensuring performance measures are agreed, monitored, and challenged, to produce and achieve agreed outcomes.
To be successful, you will have experience of working within a performance management framework, developing performance reports, analysing data, and presenting information in a clear and professional format.
To be successful you will have excellent organisational skills, be able to react to and manage multiple customer requests and work tasks, often with conflicting deadlines and work flexibly whilst solving prob lems and delivering outcomes.
