Description

Come and join the SGS Heating & Electrical team where we have a vacancy for a customer service administrator to join our friendly, energetic team.

The role is based in our Salisbury office providing customer service and logístical support. SGS Heating & Electrical is a well-established heating, plumbing & electrical company based in Salisbury, Wiltshire.

We specialise in natural gas, LPG, oil and electric heating installation, servicing and maintenance as well as general plumbing, bathroom installations and electrical testing and installations across Wiltshire, Hampshire and Dorset.

This role sits primarily within our Customer Services department and would be extremely varied, but the key tasks would include:


  • Liaising with customers, suppliers and engineers to set up jobs, provide order numbers and book diary events
  • Training provided to the successful applicant
  • Salary Negotiable
