Alexander Devine is a growing hospice service, currently supporting over 150 children and their families with access to Respite care, Specialist play, Symptom management, Family support, End of life care and Bereavement Support

Working alongside our existing Team Leader, you will be responsible for the operational management of care services provided to children with life-threatening and life
- limiting conditions and as part of a growing service your role will be central in improving palliative and end of life care for children and their families across Berkshire.
