An Exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dynamic Nurse to join the amazing team at Dee View Court, Neurological Care Centre, Aberdeen.
Location:
Aberdeen - Relocation packages available
Salary:
£34,101 to £45,110 DOE (inc weekend enhancements)
Contract: 3x 12 hour shifts plus 1x9 hour shift per month
Tier 2 sponsorship welcomed and Relocation packages are available

About the organisation:
You will be working for a national charity from the Neurological Care Centre Dee View Court, it is a specialist neurological care centre based in Kincorth, Aberdeen, caring for people aged 18 and over with a range of neurological conditions.
At Dee View Court, they provide the care people need to optimise their health and wellbeing, maximise their independence and support their emotional and social needs.
About the role:
*This post will report directly to the Senior Nurse/Team Leader
*In the absence of a Senior Nurse/Team Leader, the post holder will take charge of the shift, planning and allocating responsibilities as appropriate
*The staff nurse will work collaboratively with the nursing team and the wider multi-disciplinary team in order to provide an integrated, proactive and high quality service
About you:
*NCM Registered Nurse
*Willingness to undertake post registration training.
*An ability to demonstrate a commitment to continued professional development
*Awareness of current legislation within independent care sector
*Willingness to complete NMC recognised mentorship training

You will need:
*To be an NMC registered nurse
*Ideally have post-registration experience in specialist neurological or residential care with an appropriate diploma level qualification.
*A compassionate and people-centred approach
*Excellent communication skills
In return:
**HONOUR NHS SERVICE WHEN CALCULATING ANNUAL LEAVE UP TO 33 DAYS B/H AND CONTINUATION OF NHS PENSION when coming direct from NHS.
Enhancements:
8.00 pm to 6.00am (nights) 30%
Friday midnight to Sunday midnight (weekends) 30%
Public Holidays 24 hours midnight to midnight 60%
Membership of PVG scheme is a requirement.
