Description

Responsibilities:
- Support PCM Sales in their commercial activities

Identify new opportunities to grow portfolio organically and increase the NBI
Market products such as bank accounts, means of payment, FX services, electronic banking products, liquidity management solutions, etc.
Record all commercial actions in CRM tool and common drive
Provide client feedback to Product Development Division
Assist with RFPs, activity reports, KYC requests, customer onboarding, commercial presentations, and credit renewals
Act as backup for PCM Sales when needed
Support digital initiatives

The PCM Sales Support Officer will collaborate closely with Customer Support team and Product Manager on operational topics.

Profile required:

Develop strong relationships with sales and Business Units
Engage with national and international banking community
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly for presentations and reports
Fluency in English
Skills in infographism and communication (Knowledge of Adobe InDesign is a plus)
