Are you a motivated and hard-working individual looking for an exciting opportunity to join an established business, offering a great working environment and the chance for development?

We are recruiting an experienced Estate Agent with a proven track record of generating and winning business. You will be joining a highly successful agency in one of their thriving Bristol branches, independent and great ambition. This role has great potential in terms of earnings and progression.

As a Sales Valuer you will be responsible for:

Increasing new business levels and market share
Generate business and actively seek new opportunities
Generating, book and carrying out valuations
Maintain and develop strong relationships with vendors and applicants
Ensure all systems are updated and adhered to

You will have the following skills / experience:

Previous experience in the industry
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to generate and win business
Be professional, positive and have an enthusiastic approach
Proven track record of generating and winning business

Salary:
£28,000 + commission
