Description

MMP Consultancy are seeking a catering on behalf of an Independent School based in Kent. The vacancy will be a permanent opportunity. The working hours 6.30am - 3pm or 11am - 8.30pm (5 out of 7 days)
The annual salary is £22,763

Main Responbilties

Preparation of the service area, hot cupboards and any other equipment at the point of service.
Assisting serving of meals to students, staff and visitors.
Assisting students, staff and visitors in their choice of menus items and be aware of special dietary requirements.
Preparation of the Dining Room, including moving furniture.
Cleaning of the Dining Room and dining furniture.
Operating the dishwasher as required. Hygiene, Health and Safety
Maintain the required levels of hygiene.
Pay attention to all aspects of Health and Safety within the operation. Report any matters of concern to the Domestic Bursar.
Observe all Health & Safety regulations as set out by the School in accordance with its statutory obligations.
Attend training courses as required to meet the requirements of the post.
Any other tasks as reasonably requested by the Domestic Bursar.
