The Compliance Manager will report to the NW Operations Manager and is a position within ISS Education that will be seen as an ambassador for the portfolio of contracts they are responsible for, and as such they are required to build confidence with the operational teams and other business support functions in a sensitive, considerate and helpful manner.
*****The Compliance Manager will deliver set outcomes within agreed timescales and budgets and be aware and highlight any potential risks to the business.

Key Responsibilities

To work with the NW Operations Manager, Contracts Manager, Clients and team to develop and further enhance the contract including additional services tenders
***:

Support and Manage the Caretakers and Business Managers.
***:

To arrange compliance and safety training for soft service teams which must include ISS Education HSE induction & Placemaker Induction
***:
-
Where appropriate to deliver compliance and safety training to soft services teams
***:
-
Ensure corrective actions are taken following audits and near hit reports
***:
-
To support the operations teams in completing lower-level investigations into incidents/accidents
***:
-
Create H&S/Compliance section for the quarterly client report, to be sent to your NW Operations Manager monthly

Professional and personal competencies/qualifications

IOSH

A clean full driving licence

Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills

Proven ability to analyse statistics and create meaningful reports

A self-starter with the ability to build strong relationships across the business
