Salary:
£21,233.36

37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday)

  • Please Note: This position includes study towards a Customer Service Specialist Level 3 Apprenticeship Framework _


The main duties within this position will include assisting the Operations Performance and Standards Manager in maintaining the customer Service Charter of the airport, from dealing with direct customer queries and reporting trends and standards to improve communications and standards of operations.

You will assist with monitoring trends, providing advice and guidance to airport users and passengers and developing and enhancing the customer service experience at our airport.
