Grafton Banks Finance is seeking an ambitious Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) to join a private equity backed and fast-growing business, with offices near Hailsham, East Sussex.

Acting as a key member of the business partnering team and reportingto the Commercial Senior Finance Business Partner this role requires an enthusiastic individual to own the financial modelling behind sales, margin, stock, and commentary.

Some of the key responsibilities of this Finance manager role include:

Ownership of the financial modelling around sales, gross margin and stock; budgeting, forecasting, commentary and decision support.
Produce performance reports to identify the key drivers and actions required, both for internal stakeholders and Board/shareholder reporting.
Scenario modelling to support key commercial decisions; pricing, buying, new products/ranges.
Producing the daily sales report for the Board with weekly commentary highlighting areas of focus and providing insight at a branch and divisional level on sales and margin trends.
Analysing financial and operational results to better understand the group's performance at a gross profit level.
Working with external stakeholders providing market data used for internal analysis and comparisons.
CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified, working in a financial analysis/financial modelling role
