The Role:


  • General Post management, Assist booking couriers & sorting post.
  • Ensuring reception area is kept tidy, liaising with cleaning team.
  • Assist Head of Security with minor administrative tasks
  • Order stationary as required and monitor stock
  • Assist managing onsite lockers & keyholding
  • Provide operational support for in house events (booking and running of event)
  • Provide General admin support for Edinburgh Office (as required)
  • Provide ad hoc administrative duties for other departments (HR, IT, EA's)
  • Ensure a safe, compliant environment for staff & clients by ensuring processes are followed and where there are gaps in the processes escalate for resolution
  • Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders

Experience

  • Experience in Reception / Administrative Role
  • Fire Marshal / First Aid Training (desirable, training can be provided)
  • Intermediate knowledge of Office 365 (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Confident and clear communication style. Comfortable communicating with all colleagues at all levels within your area
  • Proactive and highly organised with the ability to plan and multitask
  • Work well under pressure and ability to use own initiative
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • Good verbal and written English Work
