TRC are working with a well established business in Baildon who are looking to grow their current customer service team.


Pay:
£9.50 - £10p/h


Duties:


  • Ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Resolving queries quickly and efficiently ensuring the customer and the business are happy with the outcome
  • General Admin tasks
  • Previous experience working in an office environment
  • Good English skills (Both written and verbal)
  • Professional Telephony manor
  • A can do attitude


This role is offering both Part time and full time options and will be working on a rota basis Mon - Sat 8am - 5pm.
