£40,400.00 to £45,000.00 dependent on your skills, knowledge and experience

The Philanthropy Team are looking for someone who is dynamic, driven, people focused with a natural flair for relationship building.

To be successful you will be passionate about our cause and have a strong understanding of what motivates philanthropists to support The Prince's Trust.

You will lead the delivery and growth of one of our dynamic philanthropic giving groups, e.g. Women Supporting Women or the Enterprise Fellowship. You will build strong working relationships with our giving group committee Chairs and Vice-Chairs.

You will also have your own portfolio of supporters from across the giving groups, responsible for the growth and stewardship of their giving, as well as building your own portfolio of prospects to grow our supporter base and income.

We are a growing team, with ambitious initiatives in development. This role is perfect for a driven and versatile individual.

You will need to have, or quickly build, a strong understanding of the organisation's direction and strategy and communicate this in a meaningful way for different audiences.

You will also be comfortable presenting with personal credibility to senior personnel, cutting through challenges to approve and pitch transformational investment opportunities for young people, internally and externally.

An ability to write compelling proposals/reports and synthesise complex information is a must - as well as a commitment to building warm and genuine relationships.


You will also be seeing our work first-hand with young people on a regular basis, ensuring our supporters experience our life-changing work with you.
