A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Service Advisor to join our highly successful team at Porsche Centre Tonbridge.

Standard customer service is not enough here at Porsche Centre Tonbridge and we're looking for someone who is self-motivated with outstanding customer service who can actively promote and endorse the high standards and corporate image of Porsche at all times.

Please note that previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade is essential to this role.

Responsibilities Include:

Achieving targets for hours sold
Maintaining records and processing accurate Warranty Claims
Representing the Porsche brand with expert knowledge and delivering excellent customer service through honest guidance
Maintaining and building close relationships with new and existing customers
Helping to sell through efficient management of the workflow and scheduling of the diary
Creating a memorable experience for the customer from enquiry through to completion of the work on their vehicle
Taking responsibility for customer vehicles, keys and workshop parking
Keep the customer informed every step of the way throughout the time that we are caring for their pride and joy.
Using your knowledge to advise customers on repairs, with the aid of Technicians
