Venn Group's North East IT team are recruiting for experienced
IT Technician'sto join a busy IT team

Location:

Newcastle

Rate:

£ per hour (dependant on PAYE or Umbrella)

Duration:6 months initially (realistic extensions)

Start:

Immediate

Day to day duties:

Experience of providing IT support in an enterprise environment
Configuration, testing and installation of both hardware and software solutions
Responsible for making sure hardware and software is kept up to date using approved tools on a scheduled basis making sure it meets recognised security standards
Identify and implement service improvements to existing systems
Provide support to the effective and efficient running of technical infrastructure and supporting IT policies and processes
Identify and create written processes to support IT and its daytoday business
Evaluate and introduce new technologies and how they might support business
Responsible for keeping inventory databases records accurate and up to date and delivering detailed reports enabling IT Lead to make informed decisions on replacement programs
Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory, Azure platforms, SCCM and Microsoft packages are beneficial
