As a Lead Nurture Marketing Specialist, you will support the overarching campaign strategy and program execution for the lead nurture and warming marketing program.

This role is an exciting opportunity to communicate to PayPal's wide array of payment solutions to high value prospective merchants and drive quality leads for sales.

Primary Job Responsibilities


You will join a smart ambitious team who works together to create customer-centric, omnichannel campaigns that leverage data and technology to drive results.

As close partners with sales we nurture prospective small business merchants across various marketing campaigns.

  • Drive campaign execution and experimentation across the Lead Nurture and Warming program.
  • Support program lead in development of campaign strategy to create qualified leads for Sales across Core markets.
  • Compile weekly reporting and insights by synthesizing inputs from multiple data sources to unlock growth opportunities and develop new experimentation ideas.
  • Support program lead in conversations with Sales, B2B Marketing and Integrated Marketing teams to define lead flows, content requirements and identify new opportunities for collaboration.
  • Follow agile ways of working and squad best practices to accelerate experimentation.
  • Track, measure, and communicate program results, continually optimize for efficiency and scale. Optimize campaigns to deliver against quarterly and annual program KPIs.
  • Support program lead in defining business needs or technology enhancements to support business cases with Martech and Sales.

Experience and Skills (the what)

  • Several Years experience in lead nurture and warming marketing campaign management.
  • Experience managing marketing campaigns across multiple countries and products.
  • Experience collaborating crossfunctionally with marketing, sales and analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills and obsession with achieving pipeline growth
  • Growth mindset who is energized by testing new tactics, implementing new best practices or creative approaches to obstacles
  • Working knowledge of B2B marketing technology, excel, and salesforce
  • Ability to reprioritize workload to meet tight deadlines. Adjust program optimizations to balance shortterm needs with longtime strategic initiatives.
  • Fintech, ecommerce and payments understanding highly valued
