The Role


Starting in September 2023, you will be recruited as a Design Graduate, and will complete a structured 6 week induction to the business before focussing on your role.

During the two years of the programme you will work mainly on our sites learning the art and science of design, but also spend 6 week placements in broader business departments (commercial, operations and business development) to gain an insight into the wider business.

In addition you will attend graduate programme days at our head office in Tamworth and around the business.

You will also complete the Institute of Leadership and Management's Level 2 Award in Team Leading as an introduction to the world of management and we will support your progress towards professional membership.


Skills & Experience

Desirable attributes:

  • Knowledge of or interest in the affordable housing sector;
  • Experience within an office / site / design environment;
