Description
All forms of customer communications in a timely manner to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

  • Communications with other network depots to ensure delivery performance
  • Communication with our own drivers to ensure KPI's are maintained
  • Liaising with customers re potential late Deliveries & collections or other issues
  • Elements of performance reporting
  • Any other duties as required
Previous experience in a courier transport or logistics related arena would be an advantage but not a necessity.

Hours of work
  • Monday to Friday
45.00 hours per week 08:00 - 17:00.

Salary:
£21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
