A leading and very well knownInsurance organisation are searching for individuals to join their growing teams based in London
This is a very unique and dynamic opportunity focusing on Change and Transformation as well areas within customer experience and sustainability.
Within this you will have a large amount of influence on a number of different projects.In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
- Providing assurance over the Group's most significant programmes and strategic initiatives by identifying and mitigating the risk of adverse customer and institutional impacts.
- Working with Senior Managers the IA Directors and the Head of Audit to complete risk assessments of the audit universe as a key input to IA's overall Audit Plan.
- Effectively contribute to all and any Internal Audit activities as and when required; including departmental strategic initiatives and presenting to internal meetings.
- Developing knowledge and understanding of the Transformation programmes their strategy, specific business, industry, technical and environmental risks and challenge whether issues identified during audit fieldwork genuinely represent a strategic risk
Ideally, you will have the following skills set:
- Experience providing high quality and demonstrable audit or specialist expertise and skills, specifically in regards to change management or project management.
- Experience developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships to influence change and educate the business in the control framework.
- Maintaining an up to date and relevant knowledge of audit best practice and support the Transformation audit teams innovation of change auditing
- Initiating and delivering against agreed initiatives to achieve continuous improvement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to engage with senior management and stakeholders.
