Ad Operations Lead - Publisher - Remote -


Join the leading ad network in the gaming space as they expand into the US and grow out their North American team Be one of the first in the US to support Ad Ops and eventually head your own department Work with major clients like Pokémon, Mountain Dew,PHD, and more.


The Role


As Ad Operations Lead you will focus on troubleshooting, implementing campaigns, trafficking, and collaborate with the UK Ad Ops, Campaign Management, and Sales Planning teams.


Core Responsibilities:


  • Actively participate in the creation of custom proposal responses alongside the NA Sales team and help recognize additional opportunities to unlock revenue
  • Liaison directly with clients for campaign preparation and execution and provide the highest level of customer service to both clients and internal teams
  • Management and setup of NA ad campaigns + organizing all campaign assets
  • Work with the UKbased Ad Operations team on campaign troubleshooting and optimizing.
  • Cross train to provide basic ad operations servicing when needed due to time zone constraints
  • Communicate to Account Managers all campaign updates, issues, or other relevant information over the campaign period.
  • Provide final campaign reporting and post campaign analysis

You:


  • Previous experience in Ad Operations, Digital Media Planning, or Account Management
  • Knowledge of 3rd party ad servers (Sizmek, Google DCM) and ad verification partners (IAS, DV, MOAT)
  • Working knowledge Permutive DMP, Asana and Hubspot is major a plus
  • Existing relationships within the games and entertainment marketing space is a major plus
  • Desire to work in a fastgrowing Games and Entertainment media business with comprehensive knowledge of video games and gaming/entertainment trends
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with overlapping timelines, problem solve quickly and proactively troubleshoot
  • Long term goal of managing a team of Campaign Managers
