2Fawcett are recruiting for an accounts administrator, to join a company located in Ilkeston on a permanent basis.
Working for this family run business you will be joining a small but friendly team.
Working as the accounts assistant you will report directly into the director and be responsible for supporting with the finance function as well as supporting with office duties.
The Role & Responsibilities of the Accounts Administrator
- Complete VAT Returns
- Intercompany recharges
- Bank reconciliation
- Complete Monthly & weekly payroll
- CIS Submission
- Deficit Analysis
- Credit control
- Purchase Ledger management
- Sales Ledger
- Process payments
- Management of finance inbox
- Filing, answering telephone calls, post and other adhoc admin duties.
Requirements of the Accounts Administrator
- Be able to time manage and priorities own workload
- Have previously worked within an accounts function previously
- Confident user of MS Excel
- Previous usage of Accounts software would be advantageous but not essential
