Blackwell Adventure is an Outdoor Activity Provider based in Worcestershire.

Our Manor House, camp - site and two purpose built pod villages are set in 50 acres of country estate and boasts a host of land and water based activities.

For the 2024 season we are aiming to employ a range of talented new staff that will assist in the development of the Centre and deliver it's activities and programmes to a wide range of customers, including scouts, guides, youth groups, schools and colleges.

The campsite role will assist us to take care of our 52 acre campsite and associated buildings.

Over the summer you will see all our campers in and out, liase with them to ensure we are exceeding expectations.

Assist in looking after the cleanliness of the site to ensure it is kept at a good standard.

You will be required to work a 5 day week, including most weekends and some evenings, accommodation is provided on site if needed and you will have access to a shared catering facility.

We are a scout and guide campsite so knowledge of this area would be useful but not essential.

The work pattern is Thursday late afternoon/evening, Friday lunchtime through to evening, Saturday and Sunday daytimes and finishing anything off Monday morning.

Then off Monday afternoon, Tuesday and Wednesday.
