We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team at Riverside SEAT/CUPRA in Kingston upon Hull.Riverside SEAT/CUPRA is an independently owned business that prides itself on outstanding customer service in its award-winning dealerships located in Doncaster,
Barnsley and Leeds.
The successful candidate will be responsible for setting customer expectations,
keeping in touch with them throughout the service or repair of their vehicle,
upselling potential work and follow-up with the customer to ensure they are happy with the work carried out.
You'll do this by being driven and motivated yet disciplined individual who can communicate well
and be able to work as an individual and part of a team.
Your passion energy commitment must be second to none.
You'll have a keen eye for detail and be confident using technology.
