Are you an experienced Account Manager / Project Manager within the Corporate Travel Industry?


We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager / Strategic Development Manager to join a Corporate Travel brand, based in Central London.


The Account Manager, Strategic Development, is responsible for executing the professional and business development strategies for the independent advisors that operate under the company brands.

This position plays an integral role in all related projectinitiatives that impact advisors which include products, services, and training to support business profitability and growth.


Job Duties:


  • Actively provide business planning and growth development to independent advisors through business portfolio consultation and reviews, preferred supplier usage, marketing investments and other proprietary programs and products
  • Manage and expand independent advisor relationships, continually researching and assessing business needs, participating in the development and communication of effective solutions.
  • Coordinate analytical, strategic, and technical resources to deliver on internal and external client's needs and expectations
  • Provide consistent and responsive support to companies independent advisors
  • Execute business strategies for department and build synergies, process improvements with key stakeholders and / or identified internal departments
  • Possess an indepth understanding of and support the vision, value, objective, tools, and requirements of the organization
  • Deliver against a set scope of work that includes strategic development, results reporting, creative development, and database management
  • Collaborate with internal and external departments to support initiatives & goals that benefit the brands.

Requirements:


  • 5+ years' experience in a Travel Management Company or Travel Industry with experience in negotiations, sales, contracts, supplier marketing programs, travel advisors support, distribution channel management and building relationships
  • Excellent Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) product skill
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or equivalent work experience
  • Must have strong analytical and strategic skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Online Booking Tool, CRM, and Agency reporting experience
  • Ability to work in fastpaced environment

Package:


  • Salary banding 40k
  • 45k based on experience
  • Hybrid working conditions (mix of office and homeworking)
  • 24/ 25 days plus 8 public holidays
