We're seeking a future team member for the role of Post Submission Team Supervisor

to join our Tax Operations team. This role is located in Manchester.


In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • They will be responsible for ensuring the monthly reconciliations between BNYM's Custody records and the Sub Custodian's are completed and any discrepancies investigated and rectified.

This includes but not limited to:

  • Collaborating with other teams within Tax Operations to identify root causes of preventable requests and working to improve the process and ensure sufficient controls are in place
  • Acting as first point of contact for the team for new request types and Working with Tax Product and our Sub Custodians to understand the market rules and implement new processes within the team.
  • Participate in Team, Department or Bank wide projects and initiatives alongside standard workload.
  • Provides guidance, training, and support to other team members.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Bachelor's degree in a business discipline preferred.
  • 35years of total work experience preferred.
  • Skilled communicator and confident to deal with external parties
  • Supervisory experience
