The
Upex Group are currently seeking a detail-oriented and efficient
Hotel Room Attendant to join our team at our luxurious 5-star hotel.

The
Hotel Room Attendant will be responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.


Location:
Bath


Pay Rate:
£11.50 per hour


Shift Pattern:
Working Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays with Wednesdays and Thursdays off


Responsibilities:


  • Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standard of cleanliness and presentation
  • Ensure all amenities are fully stocked and replaced as needed
  • Report any maintenance issues to management immediately
  • Communicate with guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures
  • Attend all training and development sessions as required

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently and independently
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
